Payment Policy

Golden Bloom Learning & Care is committed to making payment simple and convenient for families. We
currently accept payments through Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Payment terms vary by service. Tutoring and learning services must be paid in full prior to the
scheduled session. Babysitting and childcare services require payment at the time of booking,
unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
 

A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received. Families are
responsible for submitting the correct payment amount and including the child's name and/or scheduled
service when applicable. Any additional charges, including late pickup, extended care, cancellation, or other applicable fees, must be paid according to the terms outlined in the Parent Handbook.
For your security, Golden Bloom Learning & Care will never request banking passwords, PINs, or other
private account login information.
